Onstage cuts deep into the raw, messy feelings of growing up and becoming a woman. These poems and reflections peel back the layers of girlhood, adolescence, and the strange in-between where you’re not quite young, but not quite grown either. It’s about the highs that feel holy, the lows that hit like a punch, and the haunting presence of the girl you used to be. These pages honor the younger self who still lives within—reminding us that becoming a woman doesn’t mean leaving her behind.
